Saturday afternoon I met up with TJ. Nichole, and their adorable daughter Claire for a photo session. We met at one of my favorite photo locations along the river walk.
All along the river walk they have gazebos and rest areas. It's nice to take a break and spend sometime enjoying the scenery as well as the loved ones with you. It was clear right away how happy-in-love TJ and Nichole are.
Taking a little break as we walked to the next place for photos TJ bragged on his sweet daughter Claire. There's something special about the relationship between a father and a daughter. These two are no exception.
The mature trees along the walk way are absolutely beautiful. They make for wonderful backdrops this time of year. And the Halsey family was a treat to photograph on this wonderful (and windy) fall day.
Family is a safe haven. The feeling of warmth in a loved one's embrace, a child's sloppy wet kiss, and the simple joy of being together - this is family.
