Q: How do I order my child's portraits?

A: Yes, there is a preview option online. You will be able to view and select your preferred photos before making any purchases. Click on your student’s school link above and you can get all the info on Proof Previews as well.
Q: What if my child is absent on picture day?
A: In most cases, there is a retake day scheduled for students who miss the initial picture day. If your child is unable to attend both days, you can usually arrange to capture it in the spring.
Please message us HERE if your student missed both but you’d still like to have a formal portrait.
Q: How can I pay for the portraits?
A: Online payments are commonly accepted through secure portals. You can also pay via cash or check using the paper ordering form. Your student’s school office will have extras.
Q: Can I order additional prints or products?
A: Absolutely! Most photography companies offer a variety of packages and additional products. You can customize your order with extra prints, digital downloads, and various photo keepsakes.

A: The turnaround time for printed portraits is 5-6 weeks after portrait day.
